A traditional whiskey sour flavoured with the seasonal notes of cinnamon, nutmeg, and cloves.

Maple Moon Sour

  • 1/2 oz PURE Infused Maple Syrup – Cinnamon, Nutmeg & Cloves
  • 2 oz Canadian Whiskey
  • 3/4 oz fresh lemon juice
  • 3/4 oz egg white
  1. Combine ingredients in a mixing glass and fill with ice. Shake hard for 20 seconds. Strain into an old fashioned glass over ice and garnish with an orange wheel.
