Ginger Maple Fizz
- 1/2 oz PURE Infused Maple Syrup
- 2 oz London Dry Gin
- 1/4 oz simple syrup (1:1)
- 3/4 oz fresh lemon juice
- 3/4 oz egg white
Combine all ingredients in a mixing glass, fill with ice and shake HARD for 15-20 seconds. Fine strain into a chilled coupe glass. Garnish with 3 cranberries on a cocktail pick.
